Adobe seeks a Product Sales Specialist to drive the adoption of AI-powered Data Insights, Customer Engagement, Marketing Automation, and Agentic AI across Italy's largest enterprises from Rome. You will bring 8–10+ years of enterprise software sales experience, develop executive relationships, and translate complex AI/value propositions into measurable business outcomes.

You will lead end-to-end sales cycles, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and contribute to customer events and industry

Competenze

• 8–10+ years of enterprise software sales to Tier 1 and Tier 2 customers.
• Strong understanding of digital transformation in enterprise contexts.
• Ability to translate AI/data value propositions into measurable business outcomes for Italy.

Mansioni

• Run an enterprise sales territory focusing on net new business for Data Insights, Customer Engagement and AI solutions.
• Develop target named account strategies and tactical penetration plans.
• Develop and maintain relationships at C-Level and VP-Level within strategic enterprise accounts.
• Develop compelling value propositions based on business outcomes and ROI.
• Manage the complete enterprise sales cycle, including prospecting, qualification, solution positioning, negotiation and closing.
• Achieve annual software and services revenue targets.
• Partner with Solution Consulting, Customer Success, Professional Services and Marketing teams.
• Deliver accurate pipeline management and sales forecasting.
