Salesforce Italy is seeking an experienced Senior Pre‑Sales Architect to design data, analytics, and AI architectures for enterprise customers. You will lead demonstrations, craft integration strategies with Data Cloud and external agent frameworks, and collaborate with Account Executives and Systems Engineers to deliver value.

• 7+ years designing data, analytics, and AI architectures in enterprise environments.
• Strong understanding of external agent ecosystems and interoperability.
• Proven experience in prompt engineering and prototype development.
• Experience in AI/ML concepts and ability to communicate value to diverse audiences.
• Deep knowledge of cloud data platforms and data ingestion patterns.
• Hands‑on development with programming languages and data frameworks.
• Excellent communication in Italian and English.
• Curiosity and continuous learning mindset.

• Lead pre-sales technical design by analyzing customer needs and recommending solutions.
• Shape best practices around generative AI, agent interoperability, and integrations.
• Collaborate with AEs and SEs to build hands‑on prototypes and demos.
• Develop thought leadership content and enablement sessions.
• Act as a central technical resource and document best practices.
• Map external agents into Agentforce and design interoperability.
• Enable conversational and background agents with Agentforce Studio.
• Lead prompt engineering and lifecycle strategy.
• Build quick prototypes (<2 weeks) with AEs to demonstrate integration.
• Lead pre‑sales workshops and customer enablement sessions.
• Advise on Data Cloud, APIs, and data integration architectures.
• Support early adoption and post‑sale guidance for customers.
• Own architecture decisions around data modeling and activation strategies.
• Own technical enablement and documentation for internal teams.
