E.ON Energia S.p.A. in Milano is seeking a Customer Distributors Operations Specialist to support post-acquisition processes, social bonus activities, and back-office customer management. The role emphasizes data analysis, KPI reporting, and collaboration with Credit, Billing, IT, and Sales teams.

You will develop processes on the Integrated Information System (SII), ensure compliance, and use Salesforce and Power BI to drive efficient operations. Fluent English is required.

Competenze

• 3–4 years of experience in the energy sector or in consulting.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Advanced MS Office; familiarity with Salesforce and Power BI.
• Excellent written and spoken English.

• Manage customer requests post-acquisition processes with quality and results focus.
• Support data collection for Authority investigations with a solid analytical approach.
• Handle customer inquiries in a back-office setting, delivering excellent outcomes.
• Manage core business activities including On-Condition Updates with ownership.
