E.ON Energia S.p.A. in Milano is seeking a Customer Distributors Operations Specialist to support post-acquisition processes, social bonus activities, and back-office customer management. The role emphasizes data analysis, KPI reporting, and collaboration with Credit, Billing, IT, and Sales teams.

You will develop processes on the Integrated Information System (SII), ensure compliance, and use Salesforce and Power BI to drive efficient operations. Fluent English is required.

Competenze

• 3–4 years of experience in the energy sector or in consulting.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Advanced MS Office; familiarity with Salesforce and Power BI.
• Excellent written and spoken English.

Within the Distributors & Metering Services function, you operate in a highly interconnected environment, working closely on a daily basis with Credit, Billing, Customer Care, IT, Sales, Energy Market, and Corporate functions. Active cooperation and the ability to build trust-based relationships are essential elements, in line with an inclusive and authentic approach. The team brings together diverse skills to manage complex processes and deliver effective operational impact.

Your Field of Play

• Manage customer requests post- acquisition processes, ensuring quality and a results-oriented approach
• Carry out activities related to the Social Bonus and support data collection for Authority investigations, applying a solid analytical approach
• Handle customer complaints, requests, and inquiries in a back-office setting, anticipating needs and delivering excellent customer outcomes
• Manage core business activities, including On-Condition Updates taking full ownership
• Develop new processes and services on the Integrated Information System (SII), fostering innovation and digitalization
• Perform analyses and KPI calculations to support internal functions, enabling data-driven decision-making
• Contribute to compliance initiatives and continuous improvement efforts, adapting quickly to change
• You have experience in distributors processes and in customer management
• You have familiar with the regulations governing relationships with Acquirente Unico and with DSO's
• You bring 3–4 years of experience in the Energy sector or in consulting, with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• You use MS Office at an advanced level and are familiar with Salesforce and Power-BI
• You act as a growth-driven team player, collaborating with empathy and sharing knowledge
• You apply an analytical, data-driven approach to tackle complex challenges and achieve tangible results
• You communicate effectively in English, both written and spoken
