E.ON Energia S.p.A. in Milano is seeking a results-driven professional to join the Distributors & Metering Services team. You will manage customer requests post-acquisition, support social bonus data collection, and handle inquiries in a back-office setting while ensuring high-quality outcomes.

You will work with Salesforce and Power BI, use MS Office at an advanced level, and bring 3–4 years of experience in energy or consulting, with strong analytical skills and a growth-oriented mindset.

• Manage customer requests post-acquisition processes with a quality, results-oriented approach.
• Support data collection for Authority investigations and Social Bonus administrations with analytical rigor.
• Handle customer complaints, requests, and inquiries in a back-office setting, delivering excellent outcomes.
• Manage core business activities, including On-Condition Updates, taking full ownership.
• Develop new processes and services on the Integrated Information System (SII), fostering innovation and digitalization.
• Perform analyses and KPI calculations to support internal functions and data-driven decisions.
• Contribute to compliance initiatives and continuous improvement, adapting quickly to change.
