Jobtailor is seeking a data-oriented professional in Milan to manage post-acquisition customer processes and support regulatory data collection. You will leverage Salesforce and Power-BI to drive KPI-based decisions and contribute to continuous improvement.

The role emphasizes back-office reliability, social bonus activities, and cross-functional collaboration to ensure compliant, data-driven service delivery in the energy sector.

Competenze

• Experience in distributors processes and customer management.
• Familiarity with Acquirente Unico regulations and DSO relationships.
• 3–4 years of experience in the Energy sector or in consulting.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Advanced MS Office proficiency.
• Familiarity with Salesforce and Power-BI.
• Effective written and spoken English communication.

Mansioni

• Manage customer requests post-acquisition processes, ensuring quality and results-oriented execution.
• Carry out activities related to the Social Bonus.
• Support data collection for Authority investigations.
• Handle customer complaints, requests, and inquiries in a back-office setting.
• Manage core business activities, including On-Condition Updates, with full ownership.
• Develop new processes and services on the Integrated Information System (SII).
• Perform analyses and KPI calculations to support internal functions and data-driven decision-making.
• Contribute to compliance initiatives and continuous improvement efforts.
