E.ON Energia S.p.A. is seeking a capable professional to support distributors and customer management within the Distribution operations domain. You will leverage analytical skills to drive data‑driven decisions and ensure compliant handling of customer requests.

The role requires 3–4 years in energy or consulting, advanced MS Office, and familiarity with Salesforce and Power BI, with English proficiency for cross‑border collaboration.

Competenze

• 3–4 years of experience in the Energy sector or in consulting.
• Proficient in MS Office; familiar with Salesforce and Power BI.
• Excellent analytical and problem‑solving skills; English proficiency.

Mansioni

• Manage customer requests post-acquisition, ensuring quality and results.
• Support data collection for Authority investigations with strong analytics.
• Handle back-office customer inquiries, delivering excellent outcomes.
• Oversee core business activities, including On-Condition Updates.
• Develop new processes and services on the Integrated Information System (SII).
• Perform KPI analyses to support internal decisions and compliance.
• Contribute to continuous improvement and adapt to change.
