E.ON Energia S.p.A. is hiring a Customer Distributors Operations Specialist in Milano. You will manage post-acquisition requests, support Social Bonus data collection, and handle back-office inquiries to deliver excellent customer outcomes.

You will develop processes on the Integrated Information System (SII), perform KPI analyses, and contribute to compliance and continuous improvement initiatives. Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with Salesforce and Power BI are valued.

Competenze

• 3–4 years of experience in the Energy sector or consulting.
• Proven ability to analyze data and support decisions.
• Proficient in MS Office; Salesforce and Power BI familiarity preferred.

• Manage post-acquisition customer requests with quality outcomes.
• Support Social Bonus processes and collect data for investigations.
• Handle back-office customer inquiries and complaints with proactive service.
