End-to-End Order Specialist (Italy) - Customer Service

Edgewell Personal Care in Milan is seeking a Customer Service Specialist to join our team on a part-time, 12-month fixed-term contract. You will handle the end-to-end order process, support customers from order placement to delivery, and collaborate with Sales, Supply Chain and Logistics to ensure a reliable service experience.

The ideal candidate is customer-focused, detail-oriented and able to manage multiple priorities with strong communication skills and proficiency in Excel, Teams and SAP.

Mansioni

• Manage customer orders from receipt to delivery, ensuring requirements are met.
• Coordinate product availability, bookings and delivery schedules for on-time delivery.
• Monitor backorders and communicate changes to customers and Sales.
• Provide updates on order status, timelines and product availability.
• Handle customer enquiries, complaints, claims and returns with approvals and credits.
• Collaborate with Sales, Supply Chain and Logistics to resolve issues quickly.
• Maintain customer master data and procedure manuals.
• Monitor performance reports and identify actions to improve OTIF.
