Nestlé Italy, Milan HQ (Assago) is seeking a Customer Solution Analyst to support Nestlé and Purina Out-of-Retail with order management, customer service activities and reporting. The CSA role requires 1–2 years in Operations, Credit, Generating Demand or related areas, a university degree in Economics or related fields, and fluent Italian and English.

You will work with SAP, Excel and BI tools to ensure accurate orders, timely resolutions and proactive issue handling.

Competenze

• 1–2 years of experience in Operations, Credit, Generating Demand, Customer Analytics or similar areas
• University degree in Economics, Management Engineering, Business Administration, Statistics, Supply Chain Management or related fields
• Fluent in Italian and English

Mansioni

• End-to-end order management and demand capture in SAP
• Coordinate order modifications (pricing, quantities, dates) and resolve issues
• Daily collaboration with customers, sales force and internal teams (Pricing, Credit, Logistics)
• Provide reporting and support to ensure service excellence and timely resolutions
