EcoWater Systems Italia S.R.L. is seeking an Administrative & Order Management Specialist in Milan to oversee the end-to-end order-to-cash process and support both customers and the sales team.

The role requires accurate invoicing, strong communication, and adherence to internal processes. You will work in a hybrid setting with two remote days per week, start ASAP, and be part of a small team reporting to the Country Leader Italy.

Competenze

• Invoicing and basic accounting knowledge are required to ensure accurate customer invoicing.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work with multiple stakeholders are essential.
• English language proficiency is mandatory for daily contacts with the Polish plant.

Mansioni

• Manage the full order-to-cash process from order entry to invoicing and credit notes.
• Provide administrative support to customers and the sales team, including order follow-up and issue resolution.
• Ensure consistency, accuracy and compliance in administrative processes; propose improvements to order management and logistics flows.
• Prepare regular reports on sales, orders and back-orders; assist finance with outstanding payments and data accuracy.
