• Ensure all wines are in pristine condition before serving.
• Control and monitor wine orders, stock levels, and rotation.
• Carry out inventories and maintain temperature records.
• Prepare mise en place well in advance.
• Attend to all tables during service and build rapport with teams.
• Communicate required changes for outlet wine lists.
• Train colleagues on wine knowledge and attend food safety training.
• Report feedback and suggestions to management.
• Ensure wine cabinets are well arranged and clean.
