Beckman Coulter Diagnostics is seeking a Service Training & Customer Education Programs Manager for the EMEA region. This fully remote role focuses on designing scalable learning solutions to strengthen technical and soft skills, improve service effectiveness, and accelerate product adoption across the region.

You will collaborate with Global Training Teams, Marketing, and external learning partners, reporting to the Senior Director Service Transformation Office EMEA.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Education, Learning & Development, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Training, Learning & Development, Customer Education, Service Enablement, or a related function.
• Experience designing and managing training programs across multiple countries and stakeholders.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.

Mansioni

• Design and lead Service Training and Customer Education programs across the EMEA region.
• Develop scalable learning strategies, curricula, and learning pathways covering both technical and professional capabilities.
• Drive the adoption of modern learning approaches, including digital, blended, and on-demand learning solutions.
• Ensure training and education programs align with business priorities, customer needs, and service objectives.
• Coordinate training delivery through internal and external partners, trainers, and subject matter experts.
