Beckman Coulter Diagnostics is seeking a Service Training & Customer Education Programs Manager – EMEA to design and enable scalable training across the EMEA region. This remote role works with internal service teams, regional leaders, and external partners to strengthen capabilities and improve customer experience.

The role focuses on data-driven learning solutions, cross-country coordination, and alignment with business priorities, with occasional on-site support as needed and a competitive

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Education, Learning & Development, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Training, Learning & Development, Customer Education, Service Enablement, or a related function.
• Experience designing and managing training programs across multiple countries and stakeholders.
• Proven project management and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.

Mansioni

• Design and lead Service Training and Customer Education programs across the EMEA region.
• Develop scalable learning strategies, curricula, and learning pathways covering both technical and professional capabilities.
• Drive the adoption of modern learning approaches, including digital, blended, and on-demand learning solutions.
• Ensure training and education programs align with business priorities, customer needs, and service objectives.
