Beckman Coulter Diagnostics, part of Danaher, is seeking a Service Training & Customer Education Programs Manager – EMEA. This fully remote role within the EMEA region focuses on designing, enabling, and coordinating modern training and education programs for internal Service teams and external customers.

You will build scalable, data-driven learning solutions, collaborate with global teams, and travel occasionally for in-person sessions as needed.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Training, Learning & Development or related function.
• Experience designing training programs across multiple countries and stakeholders.
• Proven project and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication in English.

Mansioni

• Design and lead Service Training and Customer Education programs across the EMEA region.
• Develop scalable learning strategies, curricula, and learning pathways covering both technical and professional capabilities.
• Drive the adoption of modern learning approaches, including digital, blended, and on-demand learning solutions.
• Ensure training and education programs align with business priorities, customer needs, and service objectives.
• Coordinate training delivery through internal and external partners, trainers, and subject matter experts.
