Cytiva in Italy is seeking a Senior Payroll Specialist to own complex, multi-country payroll operations across assigned regions, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and stakeholder confidence. You will guide policy interpretation and drive harmonization.

The role reports to the Payroll Manager- EMEA and supports system upgrades, audits, and standardized workflows. A CCNL level 1 classification applies with a gross annual salary range of €45,950–€63,350 and a comprehensive benefits package.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or business.
• 7+ years of related payroll experience.
• 5+ years processing complex payroll in a multi-country environment.
• Expert in payroll systems such as ADP, Workday, SAP, or similar.
• Proven problem-solving abilities to troubleshoot payroll issues and implement solutions.

Mansioni

• Provide senior-level ownership for complex, multi-country payrolls across EMEA.
• Process complex multi-country payrolls with precision and timeliness; ensure regulatory compliance.
• Validate and correct payroll data; escalate and resolve discrepancies; recommend process improvements.
• Maintain and audit employee payroll records, including tax withholdings and benefits; conduct regular audits.
• Collaborate on payroll system upgrades, integrations, and harmonization across regions.
• Support documentation and implementation of standardized payroll procedures.
