Danaher is seeking a Senior Payroll Specialist to lead complex, multi-country payrolls across the EMEA region. You will ensure accuracy, compliance, risk management, and stakeholder confidence, guiding harmonization and regional payroll strategy.

This role reports to the Payroll Manager-EMEA and can be performed on-site or remotely within Italy/Cytiva. The ideal candidate holds a bachelor’s degree in accounting or business, 7+ years in payroll, and expert knowledge of ADP, Workday, or SAP.

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or business or equivalent experience.
• 7+ years of related payroll experience.
• Deep end-to-end payroll knowledge and multi-country exposure.
• Expert in payroll systems such as ADP, Workday or SAP.

Mansioni

• Own complex, high-risk, multi-country payrolls across EMEA and act as the payroll expert.
• Process multi-country payrolls with accuracy and timeliness, ensuring regulatory compliance.
• Validate and correct payroll data, escalate discrepancies, and propose process improvements.
