Danaher is seeking a Senior Payroll Specialist to lead complex, multi-country payroll across EMEA, acting as the expert on payroll calculations, regulatory changes and harmonisation. Reporting to the Payroll Manager-EMEA, the role offers a remote work arrangement and is posted under Italy/Cytiva, with the successful candidate employed by the appropriate Danaher entity.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or business or 7+ years of payroll experience.
• 5+ years of experience processing complex payroll in a multi-country environment.
• Deep, expert-level understanding of end-to-end payroll operations and regulatory requirements.
• Expert in payroll systems such as ADP, Workday, SAP or similar.
• Proven problem-solving abilities to troubleshoot payroll issues and implement solutions.

• Provide senior-level ownership for complex, multi-country payrolls across EMEA.
• Process complex multi-country payrolls with precision and timeliness, ensuring regulatory compliance.
• Validate and correct payroll data, escalate discrepancies and recommend improvements.
• Maintain and audit employee payroll records, including tax withholdings and benefits.
• Collaborate on payroll system upgrades and standardised workflows across the region.
• Support documentation and implementation of standardised payroll procedures.
