Danaher is seeking a Senior Payroll Specialist to lead complex, multi-country payroll operations across EMEA. You will ensure accuracy, regulatory compliance and lead harmonization across regions while supporting system upgrades and standardized workflows.

The role offers remote work eligibility and reports to the Payroll Manager- EMEA within the Corporate organization. A strong background in ADP/Workday/SAP is required, with 5+ years in multi-country payroll and a Bachelor’s degree or

Competenze

Bachelor’s degree in accounting or business or 7+ years of payroll experience.
5+ years of experience processing complex multi-country payrolls.
Deep, expert-level understanding of end-to-end payroll operations and statutory requirements.
Expert in payroll systems such as ADP, Workday, SAP, or similar.
Proven problem-solving abilities to troubleshoot payroll issues.

Mansioni

Own complex, high-risk, or multi-country payrolls across EMEA and act as the recognized expert for payroll calculations, statutory interpretation, and regulatory changes.
Process complex multi-country payrolls with precision and timeliness; ensure regulatory compliance and manage off-cycle payments.
Validate and correct payroll data prior to processing; escalate and resolve discrepancies and suggest improvements.
Maintain and audit employee payroll records including taxes, benefits and direct deposits.
Collaborate on payroll system upgrades, integrations and standardized workflows.
Support documentation and implementation of standardized payroll procedures and harmonization milestones.
