Danaher is seeking a Senior Payroll Specialist to lead complex, multi-country payroll operations across the EMEA region. You will ensure accuracy, regulatory compliance, and timely processing while driving harmonization and system improvements.

The role requires 5+ years of payroll experience, a degree in accounting or business, and expertise with ADP/Workday/SAP. A remote work arrangement is available, with a comprehensive benefits package.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or business.
• Minimum 7 years of related payroll experience.
• 5+ years of experience processing complex payroll in a multi-country environment.
• Deep, expert-level understanding of end-to-end payroll operations and regulatory requirements.
• Expert in payroll systems such as ADP, Workday, SAP, or similar.
• Proven problem-solving abilities to troubleshoot payroll issues and implement solutions.

Mansioni

• Provide senior-level ownership for complex, high-risk, or multi-country payrolls across EMEA.
• Process complex multi-country payrolls with precision and timeliness; ensure compliance with regulations.
• Validate and correct payroll data; escalate/discrepancies; suggest process improvements and automation.
• Maintain and audit employee payroll records, including tax withholdings and benefits.
• Collaborate on payroll system upgrades, integrations and configuration for regional consistency.
• Support documentation and rollout of standardized payroll procedures.
