Danaher, a leading science and technology company, seeks a Senior Payroll Specialist to lead multi-country payroll across EMEA from Italy. You'll ensure accuracy, compliance, and harmonization while guiding complex payroll matters.

Reporting to the Payroll Manager-EMEA, you will optimize processes, audit records, and support system upgrades (ADP, Workday, SAP) with a focus on risk management and stakeholder confidence.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or business must be in place.
• 7+ years of payroll experience required, with multi-country exposure.
• Deep understanding of end-to-end payroll operations and statutory requirements.

Mansioni

• Provide senior-level ownership for complex, high-risk, or multi-country payrolls across EMEA.
• Process complex multi-country payrolls with precision and timeliness; ensure regulatory compliance.
• Validate and correct payroll data; escalate discrepancies and propose process improvements.
