Danaher is seeking a Senior Payroll Specialist to lead multi-country payroll across EMEA, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and stakeholder confidence. The role reports to the Payroll Manager- EMEA and supports harmonization and system improvements while enabling flexible or remote work arrangements.

Key requirements include a Bachelor's in accounting or business and 5+ years of complex payroll experience, with expertise in ADP, Workday, or SAP.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or business or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of experience processing complex payroll in multi-country environments.
• Deep, expert-level understanding of end-to-end payroll operations and regulatory requirements.
• Proven ability to troubleshoot payroll issues and drive solutions.
• Expertise with payroll systems such as ADP, Workday, SAP, or similar.

Mansioni

• Provide senior-level ownership for complex, high-risk, or multi-country payrolls across EMEA.
• Process complex multi-country payrolls with precision and timeliness while ensuring compliance with regulations.
• Validate and correct payroll data prior to processing; escalate discrepancies and implement improvements.
• Maintain and audit employee payroll records, including tax withholdings and benefits; conduct regular audits.
• Collaborate on payroll system upgrades, integrations, and standardization across regions.
• Support documentation and implementation of standardized payroll procedures and harmonization milestones.
