Danaher seeks a Senior Payroll Specialist to lead complex multi-country payrolls across the EMEA region, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and stakeholder confidence. The role reports to the Payroll Manager- EMEA and supports standardization and system enhancements.

Requirements include a bachelor’s degree in accounting or business and 5+ years of payroll experience, with expertise in ADP/Workday/SAP. Remote work arrangement is available.
