The role reports to the Payroll Manager-EMEA and supports on-site and remote working arrangements.

You will own complex multi-country payrolls, ensure regulatory adherence, manage off-cycle payments, and drive harmonization, workflow standardization, and system upgrades with a focus on

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or business and 7+ years of payroll experience.
• 5+ years handling complex, multi-country payrolls.
• Deep end-to-end payroll knowledge with regulatory requirements.
• Expertise in payroll systems such as ADP, Workday, SAP or similar.
• Strong problem-solving skills for payroll issues and improvements.
