Danaher Corporation is seeking a Senior Payroll Specialist to lead complex, multi-country payroll across EMEA, ensuring accuracy, compliance and stakeholder confidence. Reports to Payroll Manager- EMEA, with potential remote work options and a base in Italy (Cytiva posting).

You will own high-risk payrolls, ensure regulatory compliance, audit records, and drive harmonisation and system upgrades across the region.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or business.
• 7+ years of related payroll experience.
• Experience with multi-country payroll.
• Proficient in ADP/Workday/SAP.
• Strong regulatory interpretation skills.

Mansioni

• Own complex, high-risk or multi-country payrolls across EMEA.
• Process complex multi-country payrolls with compliance and reporting.
• Validate/correct payroll data, resolve discrepancies, suggest improvements.
• Maintain/audit payroll records incl. tax withholdings, benefits and deposits.
• Collaborate on payroll system upgrades and standardised workflows.
• Support documentation and harmonisation milestones.
