Supermicro is seeking an experienced product manager in the IoT/Embedded segment, familiar with EMEA market development. The solution manager will establish and develop key accounts within EMEA and collaborate with the sales team to grow revenue.

The role is based at our EMEA headquarters in s‑Hertogenbosch, The Netherlands. The ideal candidate has 8–10+ years in product management, strong cross‑functional leadership, and deep knowledge of data analytics, HPC, AI, and SAP.

Competenze

• 8–10+ years of product management or promotion experience and the skills to influence customers.
• Proven ability to develop business and engage customers directly.
• Solution knowledge in Data Analytics, SDS, HPC, AI, HCI, SAP, Network, etc.
• In‑depth knowledge of server/storage/datacenter products with strong business acumen to penetrate and develop new business opportunities in the EU.
• Superb communication and interpersonal skills; able to collaborate, influence, and develop complex relationships with both internal teams and external clients.
• Self‑motivated towards the achievement and measurement of established goals.
• Serve as the technical advisor to provide market and technology trends.

• Analyze market and business trends, develop tactics and programs to grow market share through strategically positioned Supermicro’s solutions to maximize competitiveness.
• Identify, prioritize and address requirements of enterprise customers for existing and emerging use cases with evolving deployment considerations.
• Lead new product training for customers (TTM). Work closely with customers to define and refine product specifications and solutions, and with cross‑functional engineering teams to ensure solutions meet customer expectations.
• Lead research and analysis of technology, customers, and competitors’ trends to feed back to engineers to develop platform portfolio strategy.
• Develop superior customer service relationships with prospects and work with sales teams to close deals.
• Develop an ecosystem with team and set up/maintain vendor/supplier relationships to grow business.
