EnerSys is seeking a Lead IoT Software Engineer to design and deliver software powering next-generation energy storage systems. You will lead cross-functional engineering teams across embedded devices, cloud platforms, and APIs, delivering secure, scalable solutions at scale.

Ideal candidates have strong IoT/embedded software foundations, experience with distributed systems, and a hands-on leadership mindset in Agile, international environments, with opportunities for global impact.

Responsabilités

• Lead a team of software engineers through Agile sprint cycles.
• Design and develop embedded software (C/C++/Python) on Linux (ARM).
• Build and integrate APIs, backend services, and IoT cloud solutions.
• Drive technical decisions and architecture improvements.
• Debug and prototype on hardware platforms.
• Ensure high standards of security, performance, and reliability.
• Collaborate with global teams across engineering and product.
