Haier Europe is seeking an IoT Technology Senior Manager to lead the European technology delivery of our international connected platform. You will drive secure, scalable experiences across millions of appliances, collaborating with global teams to shape platform evolution and deliver rapid, high-quality updates.

You will lead an engineering‑led, international team, ensure regulatory compliance (GDPR/RED), and partner with UX, Product and Marketing to deliver consumer‑centric platform

Competenze

• 5+ years leading IoT, connected platform or software teams.
• Proven delivery of secure, scalable platforms across products/markets.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams across international orgs.
• Strong cloud, API, mobile, devices and architecture knowledge.
• Experience with Agile, CI/CD, release management and operations.
• Solid grasp of regulatory, security and privacy requirements.
• Experience managing external tech partners and outsourcing.

Mansioni

• Own European technology delivery for the international connected platform.
• Represent European requirements within the platform organisation.
• Lead delivery of mobile apps, cloud services, APIs and OTA updates.
• Plan governance and release management for NPIs and platform improvements.
• Drive engineering excellence: reliability, performance, quality, debt reduction.
• Ensure GDPR/RED and EU standards compliance.
• Collaborate with UX, Product, Service, Digital and Marketing teams.
• Develop a high-performing IoT technology team and foster ownership.
• Manage strategic third-party engineering partners across distributed teams.
• Enable integration of emerging technologies including AI.
