Job summary

Epta Group is seeking a Group Product Senior Manager to shape the strategy and development of an international product portfolio. You will lead a senior Product Management team and collaborate across R&D, Engineering, Manufacturing, Supply Chain and Sales to drive successful market-facing products.

The role emphasizes cross-functional leadership, lifecycle management, and data-driven decision making, with a focus on AI-enabled improvements and strong brand positioning across multiple product

Qualifications

• Senior-level product management experience in B2B environments.
• Background in industrial or standardized physical products.
• Strong marketing, value propositions and brand positioning capabilities.
• Experience leading and developing people.
• Strategic, commercial and data-driven mindset.
• AI literacy with the ability to think about how AI can improve processes.
• Native Italian skills plus fluent professional English.

Responsibilities

• Define and drive the product strategy, roadmap and lifecycle.
• Lead and develop experienced Product Management team members.
• Turn market trends, customer needs and competitor insights into product opportunities.
• Develop strong value propositions and go-to-market strategies.
• Drive brand and product positioning across different product brands.
• Collaborate closely with R&D, Engineering, Manufacturing, Supply Chain and Sales.
• Support pricing, profitability and product performance.
• Introduce new Product Management tools, methodologies and ways of working.
• Explore how AI can be embedded into Product Management processes.
