Demexios, a fast-growing European technology company operating in Space and Defence, seeks an experienced International Sales Manager (South Europe) to drive business development and expand its commercial footprint across strategic markets. The role focuses on developing opportunities in Spain, Portugal and Greece while reinforcing existing relationships in Italy.

This highly autonomous, customer-facing position combines strategic development, complex B2B sales and long-term relationship

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in complex B2B sales or business development.
• Strong professional network in European Space and Defence ecosystem.
• Proven success in developing new markets and closing high-value deals.
• Understanding of space systems, satellite technologies, embedded computing, hardware or software.
• Fluent in Spanish, Italian and English.
• Based in Spain or Italy; willing to travel across Europe.

Responsabilités

• Develop and execute a business development strategy across Southern Europe, including Italy.
• Identify and engage key decision-makers across Space, Defence and Aerospace industries.
• Generate new opportunities through prospecting, networking and partnerships.
• Manage inbound leads and convert them into qualified opportunities.
• Own the full sales cycle from initial engagement to contract signature.
• Maintain pipeline, forecast and CRM activity.
