Qualifications

• 7–10 years of B2B sales experience in steel fabrication.
• Experience negotiating major contracts and managing sales pipelines.
• Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM and strong English communication.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales strategies to expand European market share in structural steel fabrication.
• Identify and secure new business with EPC contractors, developers, and end users across Europe.
• Manage key accounts, prepare competitive proposals, and lead commercial negotiations.
• Coordinate with internal teams to meet customer requirements and forecasts.
• Represent Sesco Steel Solutions at industry events and build a strong European network.
