Job summary

Danaher is seeking a Manager, EMEA Payroll to lead payroll operations across the MEDNA region, delivering accurate, compliant, timely payroll and managing a multi‑level team. The role partners with HR, Finance and external vendors to drive governance and improvements.

Remote work arrangements may be available, with location flexibility across Danaher’s global sites. The position includes responsibility for audits, data reporting, and ensuring adherence to labor laws and tax requirements, while

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Human Resources or a minimum of 7-9 years' related payroll experience.
• At least 3-5 years experience in processing and managing complex EMEA payrolls with a focus on regulations, including tax, compliance, and labor laws.
• Proven leadership experience and team management skills.
• Capability at leading others through change and implementing new processes or standards with effective performance management
• CPP certification
• Strategic thinking in resolving payroll issues with consideration for timing and tax implications.

Responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end payroll cycles, ensuring timely and accurate processing.
• Prepare external and internal audit documentation for regional payroll
• Ensure accuracy in all operations, compliance with country and region labor laws, and tax requirements.
• Lead and manage payroll team performance, capacity planning, and development.
• Maintain and update payroll process documentation, including software development workflows.
• Coordinate with HR and Finance teams to provide payroll‑related reports and insights.
