Job summary

Danaher is seeking a Manager, EMEA Payroll to lead payroll operations across the MEDNA region, ensuring accurate, compliant, and timely delivery. You will guide a multi-level payroll team, partnering with HR, Finance, and vendors to drive continuous improvement.

The role reports to the Director of EMEA Payroll and can be on-site or remote, with international eligibility for candidates across Danaher locations. A strong CPP credential and leadership experience are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or HR (or 7–9 years payroll experience).
• 3–5 years experience processing and managing complex EMEA payrolls with focus on tax, compliance and labor laws.
• CPP certification; strong leadership for change management.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end payroll cycles across MEDNA region with timely, accurate processing.
• Approve payroll-related payments and conduct audits for accuracy.
• Prepare external and internal audit documentation for regional payrolls.
• Ensure regulatory compliance with country and region labor laws and tax requirements.
• Lead payroll team performance, capacity planning and employee development.
• Maintain and update payroll process documentation; support system enhancements with HRIS/IT.
• Coordinate with HR and Finance to provide payroll reports and insights.
