Job summary

Danaher is seeking a Manager, EMEA Payroll to lead end-to-end payroll processes across the EMEA region and ensure timely, accurate payments in compliance with local laws. You will audit, document, and optimize payroll workflows while guiding a skilled payroll team and coordinating with HRIS and IT.

The role supports flexible remote work arrangements and reports to the Enterprise Payroll organization. Base pay ranges from €45,950 to €63,350 with a 10% annual bonus potential, reflecting experience

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher and 7–9 years of payroll experience.
• 3–5 years in processing and managing complex EMEA payrolls with focus on regulations.
• CPP certification and leadership experience required.
• Strategic thinking for payroll issues with timing and tax implications.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end payroll cycles with timely processing and audits.
• Prepare external and internal audit documentation for regional payroll.
• Ensure compliance with country/region labor laws and tax requirements.
• Lead payroll team, capacity planning, and KPI analysis.
• Maintain payroll process documentation and support system enhancements.
