Job summary

Danaher is seeking a Manager, EMEA Payroll to lead end-to-end payroll across multiple regions, ensuring accuracy, compliance with local laws, tax rules, and timely payments. You will audit, optimize processes, and drive KPIs with HRIS and IT teams.

You will manage a payroll team, oversee capacity planning, reporting, and data analysis while partnering with HR and Finance to deliver insights and maintain payroll excellence across the EMEA region.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in accounting, finance, business administration or HR
• 7–9 years' payroll experience in EMEA with regulatory focus
• CPP certification desired or equivalent payroll leadership experience
• Proven leadership and change-management capabilities
• Strong strategic thinking for payroll issues and timing of payments

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end payroll cycles, ensuring timely and accurate processing.
• Audit documentation for regional payroll.
• Ensure compliance with country and region labor laws and tax requirements.
• Lead payroll team performance, capacity planning, and development; oversee PTO and hiring decisions.
• Maintain payroll process documentation and support system enhancements with HRIS/IT teams.
• Coordinate with HR and Finance to provide payroll reports and insights.
