The role offers remote work options and requires CPP certification, a degree in accounting/finance, and 7–9 years of payroll experience with regional exposure.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting/finance or related field.
• 7–9 years payroll experience; 3–5 years in EMEA payroll with regulatory focus.
• Proven leadership and change-management abilities.
• CPP certification is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end payroll cycles across MEDNA region.
• Lead audits and prepare documentation for internal/external audits.
• Oversee payroll accuracy, compliance, and tax requirements.
• Develop KPIs and drive continuous improvement.
