Job summary

Danaher is seeking an experienced EMEA Payroll Manager to lead end-to-end payroll operations across MEDNA with a focus on accuracy, compliance and timely delivery. You will partner with HR, Finance and external vendors to ensure governance and seamless payroll cycles.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Human Resources or a related field.
• 7–9 years of payroll experience, with 3–5 years in complex EMEA payrolls.
• CPP certification and demonstrated leadership of payroll teams.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end payroll cycles across MEDNA, ensuring timely and accurate processing.
• Approve payroll-related payments and conduct audits for accuracy.
• Ensure compliance with country/region labor laws and tax requirements.
• Lead and develop payroll team performance, capacity planning and development.
• Maintain and update payroll process documentation and coordinate with HRIS/IT teams.
• Provide payroll-related reports and insights to HR and Finance.
