Job summary

Danaher is seeking a Manager, EMEA Payroll to lead payroll operations across MEDNA, ensuring compliant, timely, and high-quality payroll delivery. You will oversee a multi-level team, partner with HR and Finance, and drive continuous improvement while adapting to local regulations.

This role offers remote work flexibility for eligible positions, with reporting to the Director of EMEA Payroll and alignment to the Corporate organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Human Resources or equivalent.
• 7–9 years of payroll experience with strong EMEA focus including regulatory compliance and tax.
• Proven leadership and ability to manage teams through change.
• CPP certification and strategic problem-solving for payroll issues.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end payroll cycles, ensuring timely and accurate processing.
• Prepare external and internal audit documentation for regional payroll.
• Ensure accuracy and compliance with country and region labor laws and tax requirements.
• Lead payroll team performance, capacity planning and development.
• Monitor ServiceNow tickets and collaborate with HRIS and IT for issues and improvements.
• Coordinate with HR and Finance to provide payroll-related reports and insights.
