Job summary

Danaher in Italy seeks a Manager, EMEA Payroll to lead payroll operations across MEDNA, ensuring accurate, compliant, and timely payroll delivery. You will partner with HR, Finance and external vendors to provide strategic direction and governance.

The role reports to the Director of EMEA Payroll and leads a multi-level payroll team, focusing on risk management and continuous improvement to deliver high-quality outcomes across Europe, the Middle East, Africa, and related regions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or HR with 7–9 years payroll experience.
• 3–5 years experience in processing complex EMEA payrolls with focus on tax, compliance and labor laws.
• Proven leadership and change-management skills.
• CPP certification.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end payroll cycles with timely and accurate processing.
• Prepare external and internal audit documentation for regional payroll.
• Ensure compliance with country and region labor laws and tax requirements.
• Lead payroll team performance, capacity planning and development.
