Danaher is seeking a Manager, EMEA Payroll to lead end-to-end payroll operations across the MEDNA region, ensuring accurate, compliant, timely, and well-controlled payroll delivery. You will partner with HR, Finance, and external vendors to drive regional payroll performance and continuous improvement.

This role offers strategic direction and strong leadership of a multi-level payroll team, with cross-functional collaboration.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Human Resources or a related field.
• 7–9 years of payroll experience; 3–5 years in complex EMEA payrolls.
• CPP certification; ability to lead through change and manage performance.

Mansioni

• Manage end-to-end payroll cycles for the MEDNA region, ensuring timely and accurate processing.
• Prepare external and internal audit documentation for regional payroll.
• Ensure compliance with country/region labor laws and tax requirements; ensure timely payroll payments.
• Lead payroll team performance, capacity planning and development; oversee PTO scheduling and hiring decisions.
• Maintain payroll process documentation and support system enhancements with HRIS/IT; monitor ServiceNow tickets.
• Coordinate with HR and Finance to provide payroll-related reports and insights.
