Danaher is seeking a Manager, EMEA Payroll to oversee end-to-end payroll cycles across Europe, the Middle East, and Africa. You will ensure timely, accurate processing, audits, and compliance with local laws while leading a payroll team and coordinating with HR and Finance.

Responsibilities include system enhancements with HRIS, managing KPI metrics, and reporting to stakeholders. A CPP or equivalent is preferred, with strong leadership and change-management skills.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree and 7–9 years payroll experience.
• 3–5 years experience in processing and managing complex EMEA payrolls.
• CPP certification.
• Leadership and change management skills.
• Strategic thinking in payroll issues.

Responsabilidades

• Manage end-to-end payroll cycles with timely processing and audits.
• Prepare external and internal audit documentation for regional payroll.
• Ensure compliance with country and region labor laws and tax requirements.
• Lead payroll team performance, capacity planning, and development.
• Maintain payroll process documentation and support system enhancements with HRIS/IT.
• Coordinate reports and insights with HR and Finance.
