Job summary

Danaher is seeking a Manager, EMEA Payroll to lead end-to-end payroll processes across the region. You will ensure accuracy, compliance with labor laws, and oversee audits while driving improvements with HRIS and IT teams.

The role offers a remote work arrangement with standard benefits and a base salary range of €45,950–€63,350, plus a 10% bonus target. Strong leadership and CPP certification preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Human Resources or 7-9 years payroll experience.
• 3-5 years experience processing and managing complex EMEA payrolls with focus on regulations.
• Proven leadership experience and team management skills.
• CPP certification.
• Strategic thinking in resolving payroll issues with timing and tax implications.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end payroll cycles, ensuring timely and accurate processing and audits.
• Prepare external and internal audit documentation for regional payroll.
• Ensure compliance with country/region labor laws and tax requirements.
• Lead payroll team performance, capacity planning, and development.
• Maintain payroll process documentation and support system enhancements with HRIS/IT.
