You will onboard, train, enable, and certify partner technical resources, align joint plans with partner teams, and advocate for partner needs with Datadog engineering and product groups. You will work cross-functionally to prioritize feedback, drive adoption of Datadog features, and support demos, proofs of value, and enablement workshops, with a strong emphasis
Competenze
- Solid technical grounding with hands-on IT development and/or operations experience.
- Demonstrated learning mindset and ability to pick up new product spaces quickly.
- Strong written and verbal communication with stakeholders at all levels.
- EU residency requirement for this role and location in EMEA.
Mansioni
- Onboard, train, enable, certify partner technical resources
- Participate in joint business planning to align Datadog and partner technical teams
- Support partner initiatives such as demos, proofs of value, and enablement workshops
- Advocate for partners’ technical concerns with Datadog teams to drive resolution
- Analyze partner service offerings and recommend enhancements to improve adoption of Datadog features
- Collaborate with product, engineering, and services to identify and prioritize new features
- Evolve lead practices for Datadog platform adoption and success
