HID Global is seeking an experienced Regional Sales Manager, EMEA Linen Management Solutions, to drive growth in Hospitality, Linen Supplier, and Industrial Laundry verticals. The role emphasizes new account wins while expanding current accounts, leveraging HID Acuity RFID linen solutions.

You will collaborate with leadership, regional sales, product management, and marketing to identify growth opportunities, forecast pipelines, and represent HID at industry events.

Competenze

• Minimum 5 years in Laundry/Hospitality/Linen segment.
• RFID sales experience with component and platform sales is a plus.
• Experience selling to Distributors, VARs, Integrators and direct OEMs.
• Demonstrated ability to build and convert pipeline.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills; strong team mindset.
• Experience with Salesforce, Marketo, LinkedIn Navigator.

Mansioni

• Actively build sales pipeline with Hospitality, Linen Supplier, and Industrial Laundry verticals.
• Develop new opportunities in current accounts and collaborate to grow revenue.
• Forecast and close business against defined quotas (personal and regional).
• Represent HID at trade shows and events; support speaking sessions as needed.
• Provide competitive analytics and training to regional teams.
