Qualifications

• 7+ years in business development, sales or market expansion in industrial sectors.
• Experience in go-to-market, channel expansion, and partner ecosystems.
• Fluency in English required.

Responsibilities

• Lead BD initiatives to grow Xylem WSS presence in Europe.
• Develop go-to-market and channel expansion strategies.
• Forecast market opportunities and manage the European opportunity funnel.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Product, Operations and regional teams.
• Travel up to 50% across Europe.
