Xylem seeks a Business Development Manager to expand the WSS vertical across Europe, focusing on Industrial and Municipal sectors. You will craft and execute go-to-market plans, drive channel growth, and identify new opportunities to increase revenue while aligning with regional objectives.

The role requires strong market analysis, collaboration across Sales, Marketing, Product, and Operations, and a willingness to travel extensively in Europe to support growth initiatives.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering or equivalent.
• 7+ years in business development, sales or market expansion in industrial sectors.
• Experience in go-to-market, channel expansion, and partner ecosystems.
• Fluency in English required.
