W Executive Italy is seeking an experienced Sales Manager EMEA for Europe-based remote leadership to define and execute regional commercial strategy, drive growth across multiple markets, and manage distributor and retailer relationships.

Reporting to the General Manager EMEA, you will collaborate with Marketing, Trade Marketing, Supply Chain, and Finance to shape the regional direction and deliver sustainable profitability across the beauty sector.

Formación

• Extensive international sales leadership experience within the Beauty industry.
• Proven track record managing multi-country commercial orgs across the EMEA region.
• Strong knowledge of drugstore, perfumery, and retail distribution channels.
• Excellent strategic thinking with hands-on commercial execution.
• Outstanding negotiation, influencing and relationship-building skills.
• Fluent English; additional European languages are an advantage.

Responsabilidades

• Define and execute the EMEA sales strategy in line with growth objectives.
• Lead and develop commercial activities across the region for sustainable growth.
• Build and strengthen relationships with distributors, wholesalers, and key retailers.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities across existing and emerging markets.
• Lead high-level commercial negotiations and regional framework agreements.
• Drive sales forecasting, budgeting, and performance monitoring for the region.
• Collaborate with Marketing to maximize brand visibility and execution.
• Monitor market trends and competition to identify growth opportunities.
