Freudenberg Home and Cleaning Solutions seeks a Sales Regional Representative for North East Italy. You will manage and grow relationships with cleaning distributors and develop new business opportunities within the professional cleaning sector.

Visit end users such as hospitals and healthcare facilities to identify needs and tailor solutions. You will train distributors, collaborate with marketing and logistics to ensure top service, and travel regularly within the territory.

Qualifications

• B2B sales experience in cleaning/professional sectors is essential.
• Strong business development and distributor relationship skills are required.
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities are needed.
• English fluency is required; local languages are a plus.

Responsabilités

• Manage and grow relationships with cleaning distributors; develop new business in professional cleaning.
• Visit end users (hospitals, healthcare facilities) to identify needs and propose solutions.
• Execute sales activities aligned with KPIs and sales strategy.
• Collaborate with distributors and customers on promotions and product launches.
• Provide basic product training and support to distributors and customers.
• Maintain CRM data (pipeline, forecast, budget) in SAP Sales Cloud.
• Report regularly on results and market developments.
• Coordinate with Customer Service, Logistics and Marketing for service excellence.
