The role emphasizes partnership with sales, training, and operations, shaping customer solutions and product feedback while driving employee development and engagement in a dynamic, global environment.

Competenze

• Master degree or higher; PhD or MBA is a plus.
• Minimum 5 years of people-management experience.
• Strong business management and negotiation skills with senior stakeholders.
• Fluent in English (written and verbal); multilingual is a plus.
