Job summary

Nozomi Networks Inc. is seeking a Sales Renewals Representative for North EMEA, based in Macerata, Marche, Italy, with the option to work remotely. You will own end-to-end renewal cycles, forecast risks, and identify upsell opportunities.

The role requires collaboration with Sales and Customer Success and strong customer relationship management in a cybersecurity context. Fluent English is required and Arabic is a valuable asset.

Qualifications

• Renewal track record in cyber security or IT preferred.
• Strong written and verbal English communication.
• Ability to manage multiple renewals with attention to detail.
• Experience collaborating with Sales and Customer Success.
• Experience with CRM tooling (Salesforce or equivalent).

Responsibilities

• Identify renewal opportunities and preserve relationships.
• Own the renewal cycle end-to-end and forecast risks.
• Collaborate with Sales, Partner, and Customer Success on top risks and upsell potential.
• Coordinate with support and training to resolve technical questions before renewal dates.
• Provide visibility to renewal trends to Global Renewal Manager.
