Job summary

Nozomi Networks Inc. in Savona, Liguria, Italy, seeks a Sales Renewals Representative to own end-to-end renewal cycles for North EMEA and collaborate with Sales, CS, Support, and Training to resolve issues before renewal dates.

You will forecast risks, identify upsell opportunities, manage the pipeline to meet quotas, and provide regional renewal trends to the Global Renewal Manager while working remotely.

Qualifications

• Proven renewal, sales, or customer service experience in Cybersecurity or IT.
• Strong written and verbal communication; excellent listening and presentation skills.
• Fluent in English; Arabic highly valuable.
• Proficient with Salesforce or similar CRM and MS Excel.
• Ability to work remotely with self-motivation.

Responsibilities

• Identify renewal opportunities and preserve customer relationships.
• Manage renewal cycle end-to-end and forecast risks.
• Collaborate with Sales, Customer Success, Support, and Training.
• Track renewal trends and provide visibility to leadership.
• Deliver quota targets and manage pipeline consistently.
• Coordinate with partners and distributors on renewals.
• Participate in weekly forecasts, reports, and reviews.
